Dr. Nadia Delshad has over 20 years experience in clinical psychology. She is a graduate of the University College London, and now has her counseling practice in Hillsboro, Oregon.

She relies on an integrated approach utilizing Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapies, Clinical Hypnosis and Mindfulness.

Emotionally Focused Therapy is a research based approach that Dr. Delshad uses in counseling couples. EFT has shown to decrease fights and loneliness, increase affection and intimacy, and rebuild levels of trust after betrayal. You will grow into a deeper level of safety and trust, caring and respect.

Clinical Hypnosis

Dr. Delshad generally uses clinical hypnosis in three primary ways: Encouraging the use of imagination, presenting ideas/suggestions that are in line with what you want, and exploring unconscious motivations that may be causing an underlying problem.
